Project partner since the beginning

In addition to the real estate sector, the Ranft Group is active in the business areas of project development, planning, realization and operation of photovoltaic systems in Germany, Italy and Austria. All essential planning and and logistical services are coordinated in-house and provided in cooperation with closely associated network partners. We offer innovative solutions in various segments of renewable energies, which are designed and implemented in-house. designed and implemented in-house. History

A family business in transition

We move with the times without losing our roots: the first Ranft Group company was founded in 1996. Initially, the business model was based on the construction of single-family and multi-family homes, and later also nursing homes and homes for the disabled. Since 2007, the Ranft Group has been intensively involved in various areas of the major topic of "renewable energies". The first photovoltaic systems were installed - after completion of the Since then, the Ranft Group has built, acquired and further developed photovoltaic plants with a total nominal output of over 134 MWp, the majority of which it has developed on its own account as own account as a property developer, investor and/or portfolio holder. Since 2012, the Ranft Group has created a total annual production of around 17 million kWh with the construction of hydropower plants in northern Italy. In 2017, the construction of the largest nursing home and assisted living facility "Johann-Benedikt-Bembé-Stift" was completed. To date, the Ranft Group has planned, built and completed a total of 12 care homes for various operating companies. In 2021, the company expanded its European activities by founding the Ranft Group Austria.

Germany

BAD MERGENTHEIM has been the headquarters of the Ranft Group since 2008. The building was planned and constructed by us.

Italy

MERAN has been the headquarters of the Ranft Group in Italy since 2011. Due to its bilingualism, the location offers the ideal interface to the Italian market. LENTINI, near Catania, has been the Ranft Group's central location for our activities in Sicily since 2010.
