Together with a project partner, the Ranft Group is building a solar power plant with a green energy storage system in Wolfsloch near Helmstadt-Bargen in Baden-Württemberg. The solar power plant, with a rated output of approximately 8 MWp, has already been constructed and is ready to feed power into the grid. According to current plans, this forward-looking project will be expanded in Q4 2026 to include a green energy storage system, which will significantly increase profitability while ensuring optimal feed-in of the generated energy. The project was placed with end investors in a very short time using an investor model developed and proven by the Ranft Group as early as 2009, with the involvement of our professional sales partners. We are pleased to have achieved another milestone and will soon report on additional transactions that we are currently finalizing in Germany, Austria, and Italy.
