In spring 2024, the Ranft Group, which specializes in renewable energies, issued the "Ranft Solar Bond 2024" (ISIN: DE000A351198) with a total volume of up to EUR 15 million via its subsidiary Ranft Green Energie GmbH. The solar bond has a five-year term and pays interest at 7.00% per annum. We asked Managing Director Rainer Zepke how the Ranft Group's projects have developed since the issue.

Anleihen Finder: Dear Mr. Zepke, how is the Ranft Group's business currently doing? How has the company developed in 2024?

Rainer Zepke: Development was excellent and went according to plan. In the photovoltaic sector, we were able to implement a total project volume of around EUR 30 million with the "Riedenheim", "Oranienbaum" and "Pirna" solar parks in Germany alone and at the same time realize an expansion of around 31 MW. Our project pipeline in Germany has been expanded to over 400 MW, and we are particularly pleased that we have brought the first project to construction maturity in Austria, where we have a total project volume of 166 MW under development.
