Active portfolio management is becoming increasingly important. To this end, we regularly engage in negotiations with relevant market participants and investors in order to acquire or sell projects in the best possible manner. We have successfully sold the following projects:

Betigna – located along the river in the town of Zeri:The new hydroelectric power plant, situated in Tuscany in the province of Massa-Carrara, was sold to a prominent Italian family for several times its value following renovation and optimization work.

Mazzuchero: TheMazzuchero hydroelectric project, located near the Pallanzeno and Picchetta projects, was exchanged for sole ownership of the Pulpit and Picchetta projects. From our perspective, these projects are clearly more economically viable, especially since we have since been able to significantly enhance their value through planning changes.
